Public Relations (Sarah Jane)

Consists of pre-launch details, heightening awareness within the Manchester community, recruiting additional volunteers

Volunteers (Dan and Sonciary)

Involves planning, recruiting and deploying volunteers in the below buckets:

• Mentor-families (in-home visits, on-going communication/participation, legal)
• Unit maintenance
• Community events
• Training dates
• Marketing and promotional collateral

Donations (Sonciary)

The acquiring, storing and inventory of donated goods; goods include:

• furniture
• household items
• trash bags
• hygiene kits
• mattresses (new)
• carpet
• please, no clothing

Volunteer buckets include:

• Tractor trailers/place to keep them while acquiring donations
• Coordinating warehouse storage of donated items/inventory
• Vacuums
• Food storage containers
• Paint/paint brushes/???
• Marketing and promotional collateral

Relocation (Sarah Jane)

Includes the housing of tenants as well as moving them out and back into their respective apartments
